Handmade brick cladding tiles are moulded by hand before firing. No two tiles have exactly the same edge or colour, so the finished wall looks like it was built decades ago. They are thicker than our pressed tiles, which gives deeper shadows at each joint.
Two handmade tiles
Traditional Red Handmade is 9"×3"×30mm with a strong red body and soft, uneven edges. Vintage Terracotta is a smaller 6"×3"×25mm brick in faded orange-red, close to the bricks seen in old havelis and colonial buildings.
Where handmade tiles work best
Fireplace surrounds, restaurant and bar walls, hotel lobbies, farmhouse fronts, courtyards and any wall where you want a heritage look. Fired clay tolerates heat, so fireplace use is fine.
Laying tips
Use a slightly wider joint (10–12 mm) and a cream or light grey grout to bring out the uneven edges. Mix tiles from several boxes as you lay them so the colour shift spreads across the wall.

What is handmade brick cladding?
Handmade tiles are moulded by hand, so each tile has uneven edges and its own colour shift. The wall looks like a heritage brick wall.
Why are handmade tiles thicker?
Our handmade tiles are 30 mm (9"×3") and 25 mm (6"×3") thick. The extra depth gives deeper shadows at the joints and a more solid look.
Where should I use handmade brick tiles?
